I have gotten feedback of the developers of the Decoder of the Barix
Hardware:

The problem seems to be that the original and copyright bits (see
HDAT0[3:2]) are constantly changing
and the decoder board considers the change to mean that the headers are not
compatible and reinitialize the decoder.

So please, Set those bits to a fixed value and the decoding should be ok !

Can you tell me how to set those bits to a fixed value? I'd love to test it
afterwards.
