Your issue should be resolved now. There were two problems:
1. The arc.py script that our tools use had a pointer to an old path
for the CSV file where the ARC data is kept. I corrected that
around 2 this afternoon.
2. A bug in a differ
So I am good to go with just this pbchk issue?
