Neigher do work 'iTerm2', 'iTerm.app',
'/Applications/iTerm.app/Contents/MacOS/iTerm2'.
At the same time 'Google Chrome' and 'iTunes' work just fine.
BUT!
If I run iTerm beforehand, than it would be
