One cheap and easy method for delivery of CS to the sinus is to empty the saline solution from one of those pump action nasal spray packs, and replace with CS - use as for the saline solution; ie, snort it up the nose. Some recommend 50:50 saline/CS, but that way only the minority colloid portion
