Use lighter fluid/ Coleman or other camp stove fuel fuel/ naptha..all the same thing. Won't harm most plastics like acetone, laquer thinner or goof off. 97+% isopropal alchohol [not 50%] removes many gums and glues...works quite well on undried silicon caulk. Varsol/ mineral spirits/ paint

The traditional primary route of administration of CS in effective use of CS, certainly in man in its heyday---was that in the mid '30s ?is IV, Isotonic. Probably a job for a pro. I am checking with a friend's vet, who may be interested in seeing if CAE can be cured for his other clients.
