Interesting idea Matthew. But I feel that if it was this easy, well
someone would have already been producing odorless DMSO this way.
You might be interested in the information Gaylord Chemical has about
the impurity that they remove to make their odorless USP DMSO.
Raw garlic is quite good for colds.
Before CS when I felt a cold coming on I could often stop it by
chopping up a large garlic clove and mixing it in a quarter to half cup
of water and chugging it down. Well, you get garlic breath, but it
seems to work pretty well. It does kill viruses...

Thanks for the links to Gaylord and Jacob, Garnet.
I notice that Gaylord calls their process an engineering
process that removes all impurities from the DMSO,
while JacobLab uses a chemical additive to counter the
odor. Gaylord's method may be just distillation - they

Some herbs are better than others. I prefer Nature's Way Standardized

we've tried to fight colds/infections they get nowhere unless we used the

Hi, Mike,
I am also not so sure about the vaccines, but I was thinking rather of
prescription anti-viral medications.
I am not sure which are best against avian flu/SARS. I am not an MD
and simply don't have the information at hand.
My point of view is that one might want to use both
