Might advise your friend to test the urine before its consumed. Didnt the list info state that urine consumption caused the toxins to be passed? Could be they were being removed BECAUSE of the therapy. Would this change the state of the toxins? Could reingesting changed toxins be beneficial?

Yeah neat thing about that power supply is its not much more than some CS makers and you can scale it up or down to whatever size you want. Big electrodes or small ones. one could crank it way up at the begining of the process to speed it up and then throttle it back once its under way.
