White vinegar, It may smell but will take out the sting and prevent peeling. Have used this for over 40 years, on myself,kids and grandkids. I make a mix of CS and aloe and apply after vinegar dries apply mixture. From: Kirsteen Wright

Thanks SO much once again. He tolerated everything (except the DMSO that dripped down his ear and did the tingling thing) -- as soon as I wiped it clean with a damp CS wipe, he was much better. We then had to go out and I had him put on makeshift paper towels with CS in between stops. One ear is
