There's a family of plants called nightshades, which produce alkaloids that
many people have problems breaking down. These alkaloid compounds lodge in
the joints and cause great pain. Tell this person to avoid entirely:

Migraines are often related to the colon.
A colon treatment (enemas or cleansing) may bring relief.

avoid the tea, (black Orange Pekoe type) coffe, if you can (very
addictive that caffein) and milk.
Of course no one is eating white sugar any more are they?
When I stopped with all of the above, my so-called arthritis
I'm curious if anyone was able to identify any of these improved designs

Actually, I am eating sugar, yes, white sugar even. And drink LOTS of
coffee and tea, lots of dairy. My blood sugar control has improved
tremendously. My fingers have improved tremendously, with the arthritic
nodes hugely reduced.
Hi Asif,
I've got Lyme disease, which, of course, manifests symptoms of
arthritis. Whenever I eat things that cause sensitivities (like
nightshade or citrus) I find that Alka-Seltzer Gold (can be found at
amazon) can neutralize the acidity that contributed to the pain.

My blood sugar also comes down when I eat foods that have some sugar in

Hi, Asif. I have found wonderful pain relief with DMSO. I only use this
particular DMSO product because I believe it to be pure. (I have no
affiliation with the company.. I am just a customer.) Do dilute this
70/30% mixture by about 30% distilled water or even 50% when first starting
off.
I do. in what quantity and how often?
