10 miles away, in the town of Haskell, TX, they use fluoride, chlorine AND
ammonia to keep the chlorine from gassing off.

I was told the same thing. Notice it says reduction not removal. Also they
supposidly contain manganese and aluminum.
The only way to know how well they work, is you test your water for fluoride
before using the filters and then test again after using the filters.

Pretty hard to fight what is already in place and the masses that believe the
lies. I just would like someone to comment on the filter if it can and does
filter out the fluoride.
