Thanks, Dan I do use H202, but only very diluted, mostly with CS. Does taste terrible, and I never do get used to the taste, though I have used it for years. Mostly these days, I dilute it far more than 1.5%. As time goes on my tolerance to it actually seems to decrease. In contrast,

Try adding an equal amount of CS to the H2O2. That should dilute it 50% so it would be 1.5% H2O2. That should be tolerable. Or even dilute it a bit more to start with. If your gums are in bad shape there will probably be a bit of feeling for a few days, but they should get better quickly.
