Adrenal Fatigue is definitely brought on by toxins- I had it from toxic mold exposure. I did need more potassium , but I kept it to 200 mg per time with the Emergen C. I used to get so thristy, and the potassium was the only thing which helped- water alone did not and salt alone did not. On
