If there are any others that do this, please speak up- how does one use
the CS every day in the sinuses?
Neti pot? I'd try a low ppm and see how

Ah, yes. That pesky sinus infection. I have it too, and using the cs
directly into the sinuses keeps it down to a mild roar. It really makes a
big difference. Regarding the nebulizer, there was just a post on cool
mist humdifiers
Well it goes something like this.
You read about the discomfort-easing results of adding a little salt to bring
the mix to a strength similar to tears.
Happy with that, you also implement the ideas of others by adding things like
Xylitol to stop bacteria sticking to the membranes and also add

Dear List,
Has anyone used the Silver Sinus product to heal their sinus fungal infection?
Also, I have an ionic colloidal silver maker and was told by the maker to get a
nebulizer and breath in the
mist to get to the fungal infection but he wouldnt recommend any
particular brand or model.

cool mist humdifiers that do a similar thing. I think the walgreens
store has one.
Try adding a tsp MSM /4oz cs. Cuts the sinus pain down and causes the CS to
penetrate a little better.

Hi Kathryn,
I've used CS in a nose spritzer, i.e. a misting spray, breathing in as I
spritzed two or three times each side and down the throat as well,
though that's difficult and makes me cough. I'll do this every 40
minutes or hour for three or four repeats at the first sign of a cold or
