I use some vitamin C with calcium as a buffer with bioflavonoids, Alive
Vitamin C from berries, and regular vitamin C with bio - no buffer. i eat
about two small meals daily so I now take about 8000 mg of Vit C with each
of those two meals.

Thanks for sharing with us. Good for you. The cost of so many
supplements would be prohibitive for most of us and it seems so much
time consuming. Also I wonder how you could eat only two small meals a

hardening of the arteries. I am used to seeing info saying that Vitamin
C is good for the arteries such as the link further down. I don't take

Not even a clinical study group let alone double blind,
just an examination of patient records.
I'd draw no conclusions except someone needed to get published...
Vitamin C is used to TREAT atherosclerosis.
