I love my Nature's Gate toothpaste which I get at the health food store, but
it too has glycerine. I've found that in the one place I get tartar build up,
between the bottom front teeth, there is less since I started using CS
regularly.
Be careful, though. About half of their toothpaste products are not fluoride

I like Weleda brand very much, myself. No fluoride or sodium laurel sulphate.

The alcohol does kills germs and helps disperse the peppermint oil and give a
tang to the mouthwash. h202 by itself tastes terrible, and pure alcohol is way

Does anyone have any recipes for breath freshener that could be used to
refill the little 1/2oz spray bottles?

The soap brushing did not help me. I did it for, oh, close to a year, I
think. Over the time I used it my teeth began to get sensitive again.
Might have worked better if I could have taken the C/baking soda, but it
made me sick to my stomach.
