Bob I would say your wife is probably right. I wear short sleeved shirts and my arms and hands have no discoloring -- just my face and the top of my head. The selenium didn't help at all even though the information came from a very reliable source. Might help you though--let us know if it does.

I think the selenomethionine version is the one you want Robert. The reason for this is that the body doesn't have to go through the process of converting selenium into this form which is the form it can actually use. A bit like using magnesium citrate instead of mag oxide i.e. the body can
