Well, if you believe Eleanora McBean. Her extremist assertions are questionable at best, and very unprofessional. Read up on her on Wikipedia. But the cause of the 1918 flu epidemic is not really relevant to today. Ebola is a much more serious issue today. A vaccine would be nice, but the window of opportunity to properly manage an outbreak is already past. We have relatively open borders between the US and countries that have the outbreak. This can only result in disaster for the countries to which those who have been exposed to Ebola victims are fleeting. I'd bet good money that the two ladies in Texas who took care of the Liberian gentleman before he passed away from Ebola is just the tip of the iceberg. We'll see a few more from that hospital in the next week or so. And from these people we'll have more yet. We aren't quite yet at a flashpoint, but it is not far off. My mother and my brother both got polio in the 1950's. My brother died from it at ten years of age. The rest of us (8 kids) were vaccinated as soon as the vaccines were available. None of us suffered anything unusual as a result and all of us kids are still alive and mostly vigorously healthy. So, we didn't suffer from the vaccines. My only concern with vaccines is that they are made properly with no mercury. Because my household has CS available as well as MMS, I don't see any need for any of us to be vaccinated for anything. Should Ebola raise its ugly head in my neck of the woods, we'll be pretty aggressive with the use of the alternative approaches we already know to be effective. I'm hoping that they will be just as effective with Ebola as they are for other illnesses. Hi Folks, I first came across this in books by Dr Weil. One of the subjects he chatted about was that viruses in general can be 'put down' by talking to them. Like : In a days time this wart is going to start to die and will dry up and be dead in 10 days time. Check back on yourself in a few minutes and for sure the symptoms will have decreased already. Now take a little spoonful of EIS to hammer that physically. Reinforce that with some lifestyle and health improvement actions like de-stressing, taking your supplements, avoiding stress, breathing. I also think the US should have travel restrictions in place now. This disease is that serious. No flights coming from West Africa should be allowed to land on US soil. In addition any person coming from Africa (not just West Africa) via any other route should be examined and put in a required quarantine for 21 days. CSEbola can a mask help?
ebola virus is typically 800 nm, but sometimes up to 1000. I caught the tail end of a Microbiologist talking saying that a mask would not help because of the length of the virus. Not on a fear trip here at all just very curious. Anyone can comment would be wonderful. Debbie

This is not a defence of anyone's opinion. My experience is that Wikipedia is normally very inaccurate and often written by cranks. I call it Wackipedia. Anyone with a keyboard can write up and modify any entry. There have been famous cases of PPL being written up in a totally ridiculous way. So much so that a lot of sites are given warnings about the content. The drug companies and Doctors are the worst ones for lying on there. A friend's son is autistic. He became autistic shortly after being vaccinated. There are far too many cases of this and the medical system refuses to admit it. There are lots of vids on the net from parents who say this including Jenny McCarty. The first couple to actually win a settlement on this topic was a couple who both happened to be physicians in the US. Now the drug companies have gotten a blanket exclusion from being chased in court over this and instead it is laid at the foot of taxpayers. As far as history, it is written by the victors and no one can truly say if the Spanish flu was actually a flu or whatever, but to say that vacciation is safe because you made it through is a bit weak. My understanding is that the soldiers were vaccinated before returning home,
just in case they brought some exotic disease home with them, and this
apparently was in or around Spain somewhere {sorry of my ignorance} which is
why it was called the Spanish Flu. Spain apparently were quite disturbed and
annoyed by that term when it had nothing to do with Spain in real terms.
