Thanks for your reply and advice its much appreciated. I have actually
had shingles off and on for about ten years or more I think. By shingles I
mean the neuralgia which accompanies it. I have only had one actual
outbreak with lesions and that was mild, but I still get what I call
to
avoid years of misery.

You are right Dave it is formaldehyde which has no known safe levels! dee

Did I see you say you actually intentionally drank crystal light ?
As far as I know crystal light is sweetened with Aspartame which is probably
the worse poison you could imbibe. Check this out with Dr.

urea formaldehyde resin has been a scourge in my life. But for nails, I
think one could use a lacquer from art supplies to embed the anti fungal
herbs and silver for sustained release. There are water based varnishes

Even people who advocate Vit C say that it does deplete iodine, which is a
halogen and this would help cancer greatly as iodine is essential in the
prevention of cancer--especially breast cancer apparently. Enough doubt to
cause me to re-think taking large amounts of *any* supplement. dee
I dissolved the soy lecithin in the distilled water before it went into the
sonic cleaner. This only took a couple of hours just shaking it up
occasionally and then it was completely dissolved. The only problem is, I
am on another list which strongly suggests that taking supplemental Vit C

I am on the Budwig Flaxoil2 forum and it is there that I have found
references to this phenomena. I have also read it elsewhere - although
cannot remember exactly where but it may be on some cancer sites. I thought
it may be because Vit C is an anti-oxidant and cancer thrives without
oxygen.

Well this is basically what I have read Paul possibly on different cancer
sites I have skimmed through. It is also mentioned on the Budwig protocol
that no Vit C or any anti-oxidants may be taken because they counteract the
anti-cancer protocol. If you look up the cottage cheese and flax seed
These are conclusions I have come to Dave which is why I don¹t use the Vit C
anymore. I know the liposomal kind doesn¹t cause the same problems that
ordinary stuff does, be even so, I have become very wary now of
supplementing with anything out of context i.e anything that is not in food
form.
Can I get this in the UK Tara and if so where from? Many thanks. dee
