Hi, IPrimus (Even though reselling the Telstra product) are also offering fixed IPs. However so far they have only been able to deliver home service with dynamic IP. However that works well and reasonably fast (750kbits actual download on 1500kbits link). Setup was also no problem on my RH6.2
