Hi All,
I've been receiving a continuous stream of the same emails (mainly from four
addresses, three of them Apple ones) today - sclose to 2,000 messages. Old iMac
(2008, system 10.9.5) but the same is happening on a 2010 Macbook, 10.13. It
does not happen either on the iPhone or the iPad.

I am going through the same process for my ancient April 2010 MacBook 13.
Crucial suggest a BX500 or an MX500. Not too clear which to choose.
What size screwdrivers will I need?
I am assuming that an external unit would not be as fast with my USB version

Hi All,
Help please. Does anybody know anything about this?
I’m normally ultra careful but this time have fallen foul of what seems to me
now to be a very strange Talk Talk scam to do with very poor line speeds and
the sending of ‘Talk Talk’ engineers to my home twice to ‘fix’ it (the first
Word for word the problem I had a few months ago but with a 2008 iMac and a

round the problem. Don’t know what they did but it worked. They were

Hi,
I solved a similar problem, but with my MacBook and not the iPad, (TalkTalk
support was no help at all) by modifying the Wireless Lan settings on the
router changing the auto-select channel setting to a fixed one. My first random

Hi all,
I have a GCC Elite 600 laser printer available free. The toner has just run
out. Printer needs Appletalk, ie works fine on OS 10.3, don't know about 10.4,
but there is no Appletalk 10.5 on.
If interested could collect north Chichester or we could meet somewhere near
Chichester.
Hi Sam,
Many thanks, as usual.

cannot open. Carbon Copy Cloner found errors and produced only a partial copy.
As I have a back-up copy I'll erase the disk
