Would anyone be interested in trading a JR transmitter module matching
crystal?
I have a set on channel 38 in my X-347 I can't use at the flying field.
(maybe someone out there may have the same problem at there field and could

Today I took an all day cruise aboard the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft
carrier. After leaving Norfolk and were far enough out to sea we were
treated to a nice air show where we were allowed to watch from the flight
deck as aircraft landed
The Bone Yard is a must see.
Still a C-130 out there with my name on it.

Back in the summer of 1982 I was teaching a buddy of mine that flew power
how to launch and fly sailplanes. After giving him some stick time on my
SD-100 that he flew very well. It was time to check out his plane(don't

I picked up a couple of Pistol cases from wal-mart a few years back that has
nice foam inside that you can cut to fit the transmitters. I use one for
transmitters and one for a 200 gig external computer harddrive. Think they
were between $7 and $8 per case.

There was a guy here local that had onboard GPS that would transmit voice
down to a handheld receiver giving him altitude and airspeed updates
throughout the flight.

I have a new JR TX battery for my 347 with a broken plug on the pack. Would
anyone out there have a old JR battery that is dead for a 347, 388, or 8103?
I Would like to buy the plug with a little wire to splice into this new
pack. Called Horizon Hobby but they don't sell just the plug.
I purchased a 8103 transmitter friday and I'm trying to get it set up on my
Camano.
But my problem is the thro/spoiler stick. I can't get the flaps to operate
on the stick. I would think this would be automatic when sailplane was
selected in model type.
Can someone out there please HELP!!
I was looking through a padded case where I keep all my RC electronics and
came across a JR NER-627XZ 7 channel PCM receiver.
On the side of the receiver there is a sticker that says low band
72.010-72.510 does that mean those are the only channels it can be used
with?

27 Aug 1995 I flew my altimeter equiped Windsong to 3740' AGL here in
