There isn't going to be anythings called service packs for Windows 10,
it's continuous updates
The big fall update was released three weeks ago.
I've had trouble (audio not working, sleep issues) with my cheap HP
laptop and had to go back to win7, but there is actually a button in
windows 10 to go

If you have very new hardware, it's probably safe to try, though I would do
it on a separate HDD if feasable so that going back is painless. I've had
multiple issues with W10 on multiple computers but none of them were brand
new. I heard that the newest release (perhaps it's still a preview
Cheers Softies,
I'll most definitely hold off for the foreseeable future then if there' s
no great gains.

The only pain, no adobe etc...

No Zbrush would suck.
if your setup is decent you can use virtual box to do most Adobe stuff. Not
sure if it would extend to things like zBrush though)

Zbrush should work nice too, as it rely mostly on CPU not on GPU there should
not be any significant problems with it on vbox. There is 3dCoat for Lnux that
could work as replacement for many things.

Which VNC's do you guys know of, where the server can run on Windows, and
also allows for Pressure Sensitive stylus input from the client?
If you are trying to run Photoshop or ZBrush, the server has to be Windows
(or OSX compatible).
I have heard of one and it does support pressure/tilt/etc.
Hi Stephan,
Would you care to share your little “floating windows closing script”?

When all floating windows are closed with the help of a script, the issue
is gone...

Hi Folks,
How is everyone feeling about Windows 10?
I know some have had problems upgrading a live set-up from Win 7 and
things have gone a bit screwy.
How about a clean Win 10 install?
Here's hoping.
Adam.
