we've never stated that Fedora 22 and DNF are supported. You clearly
took spacewalk-plugin-dnf from nightly repos which are not stable, full
of bugs and are meant to be a developer tool. Spacewalk users are
advised to use any 2.x repositories and not nightly ones. This behavior

these breakages are to be expected. I really recommend running stable
2.2 to avoid this sort of problems.
To fix the problem you're experiencing run following sql command
(spacewalk-sql -i command comes in handy).
