I am interested in mapping pepXML output with the prequips inclusion
list builder. I have searched mzxml files generated by TPP 4.4 using
Mascot and XTandem, subsequent combined analysis in iprophet. Also
aligned features with superhirn 0.3. Currently I am experiencing
errors in mapping the search
