Ok. I made a complete scan to build up the new database. The time that
this can takes is nearly the same like before when doing a complete scan
with the "High" setting.

I've searched the forum, but can't find an answer.
The "New Music" menu item is missing form my LMS - Both on web-if and on
mobile (Orange Squeeze), well sometimes it's there, but almost all the
time it's vanished.
When it's there it is OK (The newest items are there)

I am also on Catalina and haven't had any problems. I just now upgraded
to LMS 8.0.0
When I have had problems before with LMS not starting on a new version
of Mac OS this fix has always worked for me:
Sometimes there are issues with LMS on recent OSX versions and
permissions on the logs
