Ugh, I made a mistake in the instructions: I said to COPY the plugin
when I should have said to MOVE it. If the old plugin remains in the
original location, L
Well, I re-ran the ReplayGain and now it shows -3.06 for the album and
-3.14 for the same song as above.
I also upgraded to the latest LMS and did a "clear library and rescan"
(for the umpthenth time today) and all of a sudden all the songs are now
listed in the Oldies genre. I'm thinking it's

album gain *is* typically different from the track gain. But all tracks
in a single album should have identical album gain.

I downloaded mpstag and took a look at the files in question. It's
puzzling. All of them show the correct genre in mp3tag (as well as in
Foobar & Windows). Extended tags showed the genre as well.
In LMS it's different. Some albums show up under their the genre/s.
Others don't. Seems the ones not
Well, fixed the issue.
I moved my library from a mac-mini to piCorePlayer, and for my
playlists, i manually edited my playlist for the path of the files in
piCorePlayer.
Must have messed something up that was causing the duplicates.
So, I built a few playlists, just with the relative paths i.e.:

I do generate my playlists using LMS. I find LMS to be pretty easy for
generating playlists. I then use the SPFLite2 editor (This is free) to
remove the #EXTINF and #EXTURL lines and then to change the absolute to
relative file locations. This editor can do many mass changes from its
command line
I replied also to your other thread. Feels like I was fighting exact
same issue. Had LMS on 2 different windows PC's and also Raspberry PI
all getting the same problem. Thought I was losing my mind.
Long story short, my ISP was hijacking the DNS requests to the the

I'm running iMac with Majave 10.14.
I recently installed a new external SSD drive, and copied my entire
iTunes library to it. iTunes is running fine. In LMS (v7.9.2), however,
I can't seem to change the Media Folders to point to the new location.
It always reverts back to the previous folder se
