Michael if you get a chance can you have a look at this? If I insert a Spotify track in a random mix playlist the artwork and track info does not change after the Spotify track plays so the next track shows the same info as the Spotify track. From then on the artwork and info are one track out.

Another test. I changed all songs on one of the Reader's Digest compilation albums to "Easy Listening" (I have two albums in this genre already), did a complete scan and all songs from the RD albums now shows up. So this led to another test. I changed the genre for two albums to "Digest",

This is the first time using LMS for me on Linux,. I have used it in windows and have used the same files and settings pointed to my Music folder, but the scan does not identify any of them. Is there something else I need to add or install for using LMS in Mint?

Is Random Mix with a genre better than random playing a huge playlist of, say 3000 tracks? LMS isn't very efficient handling large lists. One reason why by default it's limited to 500 tracks. Random Mix indeed was created to still give the user the option to play all his library without

The issue I'm having is not with ReplayGain. It was brought up as someone noticed it was a little off. Which may have been me scanning the songs incorrectly. My issue was and still is with songs not showing in certain genres. Doing some testing it might be a bug in the system. LMS doesn't seem
