Sorry, but if deviations cannot be reproduced in the software, or if the
program behaves like this, it's really an

Hallo,
I´ve exactly the same issue since yesterday. I was running an 8.2
Version on RaspberryPi parallel to an Volumio distribution (feeding a
Hifiberry Amp...)
Anyway:
I suddenly noticed yesterday that the lists are empty. Something like
this happened from time to time and a manually triggered r
er to Michael's description of the
trigger. Perhaps there is a corresponding adjustment. But probably the
reaction will be just a fingerpointing on LMS - a behavior I know from
both forums already

ocal, each restart of the
volumio Distro will lead to a failure of LMS.
System:
A) Raspberry Pi 1 Model B + with 8 GB SD with
B) volumio 2.246 Distro (based on Rasbian) runs stable
C) NAS WD MyBook Live Duo with 4 GB Raid1 neatly mounted
D) 66K plus x music files on NAS

Tonight I will re-install volumio from the BackUpimage and install LMS
again. And - before any reboot/restart - I will see what results the

That's what I've done. Fortunately, I had anyway still an alternative

additionally a volumio on a Raspberry PI put into operation to feed my

... if it is software - than it's a Bug!
The initial scan as desribed above took less than 10 h - the rescan -
even after moving the DB to a larger partition is now performing more
than two days.
So I assume that the scan engine is somehow buggy!
Disappointed

Does anyone know how the scan routine is running and how to optimize
