Thanks - it's not a space issue. What I did was amend my .conf to set NIGHTLY=1 and that downloaded and installed "Logitech Media Server Version: 8.3.1 - 1667914563 @ Tue 08 Nov 2022 02:58:54 PM CET" OK. I've now set NIGHTLY back to 0. So not sure exactly what happened.

I had noticed that I'd updated to 8.3, as a result of enabling nightly updates in .QLMS.conf. I did think this may cause issues down the line so I used wget to download the latest stable 8.2.0 to the QLMS Backup folder then ran QlogitechMediaServer.sh rollback and selected this version to
