Thanks - it's not a space issue. What I did was amend my .conf to set
NIGHTLY=1 and that downloaded and installed "Logitech Media Server
Version: 8.3.1 - 1667914563 @ Tue 08 Nov 2022 02:58:54 PM CET" OK. I've
now set NIGHTLY back to 0. So not sure exactly what happened.
Hi
I've got an issue on my QLMS. Here's the restart output:
Code:
[/share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer] # ./QLogitechMediaServer.sh
restart
There was a error, could not download logitechmediaserver-8.3.0.tgz!
LogitechMediaServer 8.3.0-Tue Aug 3
I had noticed that I'd updated to 8.3, as a result of enabling nightly
updates in .QLMS.conf.
I did think this may cause issues down the line so I used wget to
download the latest stable 8.2.0 to the QLMS Backup folder then ran
QlogitechMediaServer.sh rollback and selected this version to
Firstly, thank you Michael for the Online Library Integration. It's a
really great addition to LMS.
I thought I would mention a quirk I noticed.
I had an album favourited in Qobuz and Spotify which was imported twice
successfully.
I then imported a FLAC copy of the album into my Local
Is this thread an appropriate place to ask about MusicIP? If not where
would be best?
I'm having issues with 'Add Music' using MusicIP Headless Server.

On my QNAPTS470 did a backup of my settings, then Remove from Qnap EU
Store.
Manually installed V2.09.05 beta X86_64.
Code:
[~] # /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer/QLogitechMediaServer.sh

Please wait while we try to restore the settings !
Other threads mention using the --failsafe startup option. Would have
saved me some time! :p

I had the Ickstream plugin and installed and my (unsubstantiated) theory
is that it was causing an issue as the Ickstream servers were
decommissioned shortly before I had my issues.
Anyway I did a dpkg -P to purge LMS and manually reinstalled and all was
well. (Apart from having to set up all
I just installed 1559133196 under QLogitechMediaServer so I guess it's

I just updated to logitechmediaserver_7.9.2~1559133196_amd64.deb on my
Ubuntu LMS server and now cannot connect to LMS.
I'm wondering if there is an issue with the update. I know fairly
recently a .pm file was checked in which would not compile and this
totally broke LMS for me. I had to
Hi Marco, please thank your friend Antonello for his distro, good job.
I'm now running Squeezelite-R2 as follows:
Code:
/usr/bin/squeezelite-R2 -f /var/log/squeezelite-R2.log -C 1 -D :u32be -o
hw:CARD=DAC,DEV=0 -r 384000 -b 262144:262144 -a 499:3::0 -n
I've just found this post
https://www.computeraudiophile.com/forums/topic/32132-allo-sparky-usbridge/?do=findComment=793615
so it looks like there is a ready made image for Allo Sparky and
Squeezelite-R2. Only posted yesterday, so perfect timing. I'll try that.
On my Allo Sparky I have:
Code:
root@DietPi:~# uname -r
3.10.38
root@DietPi:~# aplay --version
aplay: version 1.1.3 by Jaroslav Kysela
ALSA is OK? But the kernel is old... Is it worth trying?
Thanks Marco for this great plugin, and also for the instructions on DSD
resampling on https://audiodigitale.eu/.
I've:
- installed the C-3PO plugin and sox DSD version on my LMS.
- configured the
