My LMS 8.1.2-1614990085 doesn't seem to detect folder or file names with
specal characters, specifically these:
U+02BB Ê»
U+0100 Ä
U+0101 Ä
U+0112 Ä
U+0113 Ä
U+012A Ī
U+012B Ä«
U+014C Å
U+014D Å
U+016A Ū
U+016B Å«
