I wanted to give this a try, but nothing happens with I click on the "-" button in the Security and Privacy | Full Disk Access window. sh, perl, perl5.18 are still present. So not sure how to try this suggestion. Did you unlock the panel (there's a lock at the bottom you have to click)?
