My, very short, experience is that scan for new doesn't actually remove things. And doing a full scan doesn't always either. My method has been point the server at a different directory, do a new scan, validate 0 files, point back at normal, do a new scan. This appears to do a full rebuild of

I’d take a look in the library database itself for clues but this sort of issue can occur when your music folder contains shortcuts or your playlists are inside the root of the music directory and the contents get scanned twice. What are the paths for music and playlists? To examine the

May have already been mentioned, but double check all those duplicates in LMS. When you open any of these albums, do they show ALL the album tracks. Or are the album tracks spread across the various duplicates. That is, in the past I've had scenarios where an album showed up in LMS more than

I uninstalled this morning, including deleting the files in the 'Program Files (86) directory and the Squeezebox directory under C:\ProgramFiles. I also scrubbed the registry. Next I did a clean reinstall and let it build the database from scratch. I have the exact same result. Unfortunately,
