It is possible to force Audacity to write out like that by choosing
(external program) as the file type when exporting.
Then putting the ffmpeg command line ...
ffmpeg -i - -movflags +faststart "%f"

I tried the update and it works really good. So when the que reaches the
penultimate song (correct English???), it adds some songs with DSTM and
shuffle gets disabled. But playlist stays the same. Great stuff!

There is no single "right" thing. What happened was perfect for a file
based player (I.e. the player has access to the file and can randomly
