Appears solved after disabling unnecessary plugins. It appears the
UPnP/DLNA plugin was the culprit.

Hey all,
Every week or so, LMS just randomly stops, most often while Lastmix is
playing, but then again not always. It sometimes stops while it's
paused and nothing much else is going on.
The only messages of note are as follows:

Thanks. So are you saying there a dependency between LMS 7.9 and a
specific fedora release? that is, is there a minimum requirement
that it run on Fedora 23, for example? And is it a known issue that it
will nor run properly on Fedora 20?
Or is that just a general suggestion?

Hi - I upgraded to 7.9 from a recentl nightly on my vortexbox (ver 2.3)
running fedora 20. Ever since LMS started performing erratically and
mostly poorly. The web interface oftern is extremely slow, players
sometimes having trouble connecting, etc.
Have checked the service status and

I seem to be having some trouble running 7.9, seems to be some problem
with extended library search modes. Any clues how to fix it?
If that message is all there is, then there's no big trouble. But maybe
you could show us a bit more of your log files (server.log and

I'd suggest checking out a Debian Linux based NAS SW (e.g. '
openmediavault' (http://www.openmediavault.org/) or others), since there
are official Debian LMS and
For WAV it depends on the headers and formats. Worst case is the WAV
file contains nothing like that and then the player doesn't.know what to
play.
FLAC or MP3 are easier here because they alway contain format

How can I set the location for local radio? It has been correct for
years, now it changed to some random location 1000 miles away.

I have the same problem. My laptop runs win10 with Kaspersky rel 17.
(the latest) I have tried to connect to LMS with no luck. Tried to open
everything in KIS. My LMS is running on a Netgear Duo V2. All other
computers in my house, including iPhones and Pads can connect to LMS.
But not my laptop.

OK, I do get an unauthorized access error for these tracks.
I wonder whether Tidal's API returns tracks that are unavailable in some
regions/countries here. That would also explain why the playlists have
different sizes.
