Unsync everything. Unplug power to all players. Try a different wireless
channel; best to use 1, 6, or 11. Reboot router. Power up players one at
a time. If still dropouts, consider using wired connections via
powerline.
BTW, there in no reason the LMS 7.9 beta should not work.

Good luck with this project. I for one would really like this to work
and would be happy to test when my echo dot arrives tomorrow :)

Hi there
Not sure what he wants to do
It's 100% possible though to run the applications on a TV without having
DNLA enabled on the server -- that of course depends on the TV's
software.

Hi folks
Android phones work fine -- you need two pieces of software
1) Squeezeplayer (small miniscule one off charge -- well worth it)
http://squeezeplayer.de/
2) Squeezer (free) you need this to control the player.

I use SB player and Squeeze CTRL, which is well worth the price.

I'd think only if LMS running DLNA/UPnP plugin. I don't know of any TV
that supports native Slimproto. Which do you have in mind?

Hi folks
You might find unless you are using Ethernet that especially with the
quite old devices (squeezebox receivers) that they wont be able to
connect to 5GHZ wifi.
Switch to 2.4 GHZ band to fix that.
For the latest (just before being discontinued --still the best Internet
radios around) they
Hi there
some smart TV's recognize LMS and its music libraries -- TV controller
can find / scroll music too. You can then route output through optical

Flac support too.

Hi folks
A few days ago Tunein removed some of the Belgian stations -- for
example I like VRT Klara brussels which I'd had as a favourite.
Tunein removed these stations as they hadn't paid !! -- didn't realize
that stations to be listed on tunein had to pay -- anyway whatever the

Hi all,
I've had LMS running off my Raspberry Pi2 for quite a while, but had
some downtime recently due to some house renovations. When getting
everything set up again I thought it a good opportunity to start with a
new refresh install. I've always used Max2play so I started with the

Fantastic work! Commands we would use most (just checked with the wife!)
would be play Favourites (e.g xxx radio station), play my music, shuffle
my music (random play), next track, volume up/down, pause.
