Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS scans twice
The problem occurs with the QLMS x64 version and the latest nightly without any 3rd party plugin. Ok, thanks. I suspect that the rescan might be triggered the moment I start iPeng. Could you please set logging options for the scan (from the dropbdown list at the top), and for control.command=INFO (not DEBUG!). Then do whatever you did when the double-scan happened. Upload the server.log.zip to https://www.dropbox.com/request/T3RctyzGgNg0oFDubq6a. And don't forget to disable the logging once done. It will create a lot of data... -- Michael ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS scans twice
The problem occurs with the QLMS x64 version and the latest nightly without any 3rd party plugin. I suspect that the rescan might be triggered the moment I start iPeng. It looks like it's only the artwork that is rescanned. This time I do not have any errors in the logs, but I did nothing other than starting iPeng as of yet. Now I'll start a full text search, but it's not working. And here come the errors. The artwork scan is done now: Code: The server has finished scanning your media library. Total Time: 02:48:27 (Tuesday, 30. October 2018 / 22:36) But the total time is wrong, as the artwork scan took around 15 minutes and the first scan finished at 22:20h. For some reason LMS seems to use the last scan's time information, just replacing the first artwork scan's time with the second one. Again, this does not happen with the i*86 version and the x64 version has worked before, too. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] SDT screensaver not showing on 1 SB
Ladies/Gentlemen, I have encountered a problem with 1 of my 2 SB2 players recently. I am not sure if it is a SuperDateTime screensaver or LMS issue; I am currently using the latest nightly 7.9 version but have tried older ones also. The SDT screensaver does not display on 1 of my SB2 players but does show up on the other; yes I have made sure that the brightness is on. I have compared the setting on both SB units and they seem to match. I have been waiting a few weeks hoping that another LMS version would correct the problem but, as I indicated, I have also tried older versions with no change. Suggestions prior to my having to reinstall LMS from scratch would be welcome! [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Additional Browse Modes | Only flacs are shown
Dear all, I created for instance the below "Test" browse mode for a certain genre. 25866 Once i click this Test mode shown under "my home" (HOME > Test) only albums with flac files are shown (no MP3s or DSF) in the chosen Album artist folder. If I instead choose HOME > Album Artists I´m able to see all the albums (either MP3, Flac or DSF). The above steps are done via the LMS UI (but it occurs also in iPeng). Can anybody help me out that I would be able to see all albums - no matter what format - of one Album artist (once chosen the "Test" mode)? Btw...music is stored in the following way on my NAS: /Music/ /Music/_Flac /Music/_MP3 /Music/_DSF Thanks in advance. +---+ |Filename: 2018-10-30 15_31_28-Server Settings.png | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=25866| +---+ marflao's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=57334 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109671 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter

A long shot perhaps, but have you tried to proxy streaming through your local LMS? The players from Logitech (SB, Touch, Radio etc) are not updated in their basic OS functions, especially the network stack may be outdated in some cases (e.g. https based streaming is not possible directly from these players). Open the web gui to your local LMS, go to Settings -> Player -> choose player -> choose Audio (or Sound), on the settings page choose "Proxied streaming" from the drop-down box next to last. (I have a swedish language LMS so I have to guess the correct wording in english.) Don't forget to switch your player to use the local LMS first and ensure that the player is recognized by LMS: see Settings -> Information. 2 Touch, 1 Picoreplayer 4.0.0 on RaspBerry 3B with 7" display LMS latest nightly on Ubuntu 18.04.1 on Intel Core2 Duo E4500 @ 2.20GHz, 2GB All wired BosseJ's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=67378 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108502 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
