I installed the 8.3.0 deb package for i386, that went without any
errors, but the service does not start. Log follows:
We don't have support for Perl 5.28 on i386. 32-bit support is so rarely
required nowadays I no longer build for it.
Can anyone here assist me with debugging the startup
I've recently got my hands on a Squeezebox Duet, and am trying to put
that to good use in my local network.
I've got a NAS box around running Debian 9 (Buster) on an Atom board
which I'm trying to host LMS on, but so far with no success.

I like to think that I personally am in recovery from that very same
affliction, always prone for a relapse. :). I think that's why I feel

Some findings about "the same configuration":
* one LMS is from June 2021, the other from August 2021.
* the very first file complained about already shows a difference:

I have to say that I do not know what 'CUE' sheets are to be honest. But
also the flac folder is the same on all servers, so why would only this
server have a problem ??
That's exactly what you should try to figure out. Never mind what CUE
