Also working here, plus some NPR podcasts that would not play.
Thanks Michael :)
But I have to confess that the pod I randomly picked yesterday still
don't work - but then I didn't try any other at the time. I did now and
all other pods are working.
404 would be a different problem. It means that LMS was able to talk to
the server, but that the server did not find what we
Above build works perfectly.
Whatever you did - you did the right thing.
Let's hope I didn't break too many things along the way :-).

Hi Michael;
I would need a Debian Installer Package (i386). That seems to be still
on version 1521035372 @
Could you please give build 1521043527 another try?

O-oh.
But you are the master of LMS! :-)
I obviously
Is that something you can address (at some point), or is this something
outside of LMS / your control?
I guess it should be solvable in LMS. I just don't have a clue how to do
it...

(It seems to me that this is a brader issue, since I also had a similar
behavior on other podcasts.
Unfortunately I have to agree. It seems as if the http protocol handler
behaved slightly different than https when there was no bitrate header
available. In this case it does open the same

I never listens to pods so I may have had this issue long, but when I
randomly picked a Ted pod from the webgui, it failed in the same
manner.
The server log showed these lines:
Code:
[18-03-13 22:08:27.6472] Slim::Utils::Scanner::Remote::__ANON__ (193)
Error: Can't
Can also confirm that the podcast's do not play, up to date LMS on both
a Joggler and a Mac-Mini.

Do you have a network problem ?
Below error is nothing to do with podcast playing but is in the middle
of 404 errors.
Code:
[18-03-13 19:05:04.1268] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::gotErrorViaHTTP
(6915) error getting

Thanks, bpa.
Just tried proxied streaming - still no audio :-(
Also, I
I've tried that before answering and had the same issue than the OP.
Seems that there is something else - i can confirm that the MP3 urls are
fine. There might be some redirection problem, I did not have time to
investigate, too many things to do currently. I know Michael mentionned
that he

make sure you have latest LMS 7.9.1
Try making the player to use "proxied" (WebUI Settings/Player/Audio)
IIRC For some distro a Perl SSL module may be needed.

Could be. I don't know.
Does LMS have issues w/ https? Is there a workaround / fix?
Thanks for your feedback.
Hopefully, Michael chimes in as well...
