Personally, I think Forte is a beast. Netbeans loads a lot faster and
seems much lighter on it's toes. You will lose some functionality
though. Most notable losses I have noticed:
- cannot edit web.xml as easily - must actually write the xml (awe!)
- no taglib wizard
