For those interested there is an articule in the July/August 1998 issue of
Bibilical Archaeology Review, Titled Bad Timing has some interesting info on
sundails from bibilical times.

The articule starts off, in trying to properly identify a piece of stone work
that was thought to be a sundail, the articule then goes on to show and
explain what types were then known to be in use at that time.
