could be converted from some obscure and unstated time zone (does it
have daylight saving, e.g.?) to UTC? Or at least that the deviation

I've got a firewall machine which I run my freenet node on, but generally I
wish to access fproxy by nodes on my private LAN. This works, however, I get
premature timeouts when accessing from the LAN. I use Konqueror to access
fproxy, but usually before I get the freesite or even a proper DNF
build 527 broke my frosty... AAHH!!!
