For the last three weeks or so I've not been able to get any incoming messages
on Frost at all and freesites are getting slower and slower to load.
I've got 16 refs and most of them work most of the time:
I've re-installed frost

Try asking the Frost developers. This is the Freenet support mailing list.

I have been using frost (021112) on W2K for a few days now without
any problems. Yesterday it crashed on me, and now I can't start it
at all. I get a string of java errors and then it freezes and leaves
an icon in the system tray. Here's what I get at startup:
C:\frost>java -cp .;frost.jar fros
I am new to Freenet. I have been able to set
up a freenet node and access The Freedom Engine
as well as other sites. However, I can not
get Frost, FMB or SnarfZilla to show any files
or messages. Is there a tutorial showing how
to get these older clients to run with the newer
version of Freenet?

Sorry to ask again , but can someone please tell me
exactly what I download from the FROST site ? and if possible how to install and
how to search .
I have downloaded some of the bits of Frost but
dont know what to do when in search , the only thing I have seen happen on Frost
is in the News
Attached is a build.xml for frost.
I have also created a "Java" frost freesite board.
