I've installed Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar in my Seamonkey 2.23.1 installation. But there isn't any way to get to it, as far as I can see. None of the menus have Calendar in their drop-down choices. How do I get Lightning to work? Alternately, is there a good substitute for
