I keep getting popup notices of an IETab+ update (from 2.01 to 2.02),
but when I try to install it, I get a download 228 error. It says it
can't find the file at releases.mozilla.org. Any way to install this or
stop the popup notices?

I have IEtab installed but in neither SM2RC1 or RC2 is there an icon on the
statusbar even tho' that setting is ticked in the IEtab options.
Any ideas?
