Yes, it is in the build service repository. But it is exhibiting the bug
as describe in the thread SeaMonkey 2.25 possible bug in Mail. I have
gone back to 2.24-12.1

if i go to the youtube html5 page

only vp8 is shown as supported.
Is there some method of enabling it somewhere or the 64 bit builds come without
