Hello all, I Am not able to get SM to open at all, only the crash reporter opens and opens repeatedly when clicking the box concerning reopening or closing SM. Using on my desktop W 8.1 machine. Below is what was sent to SM about the crash, I trust one of the Gurus can interpret and advise. TIA
