Changes Due to Upgrade

I noted fewer features and feature changes after upgrading: No "Options"; no one-click "Horizontal Line" (have to cursor to panel and two more clicks to get the line). I use a black screen due to vision problems, and can't see what's in the panel boxes without highlighting.
