Seamonkey 2.0
With much travail (not really, just time) it is done -- the personal
toolbar, (folders and icons, probably over a hundred bookmarks) from SM
1.x is now display properly in SM 2.0.
I doubt that the format of bookmarks.html changed for 1.x to 2.0, but if
it did it is
was already unchecked. I set
them on, saved it, cycled SM, undid it, cycled SM and I still get the same
SMTP-AUTH message.

My situation is that I can receive just gangbusters with SM2. But it
refuses to send, giving the SMTP-AUTH message. However, the server
settings show no security, no Auth.

If so, it didn't work for me. All of my email clients (several) work off
of mail.bellsouth.net. (at least SM2 could *get* mail with that one.
And I am using that one for SM 1.1.18.)

running the last beta version of 2.0 in another

name for log in. I accidentally typed my password in the user name box
on a web site, and now, that is one of the choices SM offers me for

I cannot access wmv attachments to email messages by double-clicking on
the attachment icon. Windows Media Player opens up, and , I believe, it
says there is a problem with the path, and it cannot be played. I have

I tried to install SM 1.1.15 at work today, and the installation package
complained about me not being logged in as administrator. Is this
something new, or do I have to beg to IT to have administrator
priveleges? (Never saw that message in previous SM installs).
Our IT department has
spectrometers, etc.) We all have administrator rights on those
machines, because the controlling software needs them to run.
Regarding installing something harmful on our local network or PCs, not
being an administrator would never prevent us from doing that. We are
good at destroying things :)
