There is the line of text about 2/3 of the way down on the home page of 
kompozer.net:

Clicking on "developer's weblog" leads to a page with the headline:

Actually, when I search using Google, I get both. Strange that

Are you sure? When I go to http://kompozer.net, on the right
hand side of the page, there is a link to the Project Page,
which takes me here:

  

Which includes a link to the Alpha download.

You should *definitely* supply Kaze with the fix as the original
rationale for the existence of KompoZer was to identify and fix known
bugs in Nvu since the Nvu owner wasn't interested in fixing said bugs.

The problems with the resize handles appears also in KompoZer.

Well if you are building nvu yourself you should be building with
KompoZer instead since this is nvu + bug fixes + Gecko 1.8.1

Currently I use the NVU editor, which is embedded in the UNIFACE
product. However this editor contains a bug concerning inner div's and
resize handles.

The resize handles of the inner div are not positioned correctly
around the div. It lack the offset of the parent relative to the edit
