I don't know the details, but I understand you would have to chip the wood.
Then hydrolyze the wood with a dilute acid like; hydrochloric, sulfuric or

I agree onyour standards issue, the government can't make a standard. One time I searched and searched for the government's definition of "standard". I couldn't find it and they said try ISO. I found that "ISO" doesn't mean "standards" it is a word in itself. To me a standard
the S in ISO stands for?
